In accordance with our bylaws, the board of directors and the chief executive officer are responsible for management of the business and are the legal representatives of the Company. The board has 11 members, including 5 independent directors.
The Securities Market Law provides that the board of directors shall be assited by one or more committees in order to carry out its responsabilities with regards to corporate practices and audit. OMA's board of directors is assited fot two Committees:
- Audit Committee
- Corporate Practices, Finance, Planning and Sustainability Committee.
