Griselda Alvarado currently serves as the Director of Human Capital since 2024. Previously, she was the Human Capital Manager at OMA since 2013. Before OMA, she held various executive positions at PepsiCo Inc., Home Depot, Nortel Networks, among others. Additionally, she has worked in the education sector at Meritas family of Schools and Liceo de Monterrey.
Mrs. Alvarado has more than 23 years of experience in Human Resources, Culture and Transformation, Talent Management, Compensation, Social Responsibility and Sustainability, as well as organizational planning, mergers, and acquisitions in various industries and sectors.
Mrs. Alvarado holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and has various certifications in Human Resources, Senior SHRM SCP, Executive Coach, Talent Management, and Succession Planning, granted by the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Universidad de Monterrey, and LATAM International, among others. Additionally, she has obtained several certifications in Diversity and Inclusion from Stanford University, Human Talent from IPADE Business School, and an Airport Certification granted by Aéroports de Paris.
She is currently a member of the HR Committees Council of ERIAC and the Human Capital Commission at COPARMEX Nuevo León.
