Griselda Alvarado currently serves as Human Capital Director, a role she has held since 2024. Prior to this, she was Human Capital Manager at OMA beginning in 2013. Before joining OMA, she held executive positions at international companies such as PepsiCo Inc., The Home Depot, and Nortel Networks. She has also contributed to the education sector through institutions such as Meritas Family of Schools and Liceo de Monterrey. Mrs. Alvarado brings over 20 years of experience and has led strategies in cultural transformation, diversity and inclusion, and sustainability, as well as in organizational planning, mergers, and acquisitions across various industries.
Mrs. Alvarado holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and has earned several notable certifications, including Senior SHRM-SCP, Executive Coaching, Talent Management and Succession Planning, awarded by the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), Universidad de Monterrey, and LATAM International, among others. She also holds certifications in Diversity and Inclusion from Stanford University, and Human Capital from IPADE Business School.
